If you want to be healthier, you should try kale. This leafy green plant has been found to have greater nutritional value than spinach, and it’s filled with vitamins. It contains vitamins A, K, G, B6, minerals such as calcium, iron, manganese and much more.

Kale, which has been grown for thousands of years, and hailed as being one of the most nutrient-dense foods on Earth,  is also extremely popular today. If you looked it up on Google or any social media you would get millions of posts explaining its health benefits. Here are the top four:

Kale is a cruciferous vegetable which means it’s in the same family of plants like broccoli, cauliflower, brussels sprouts, etc. It has natural compounds that are able to decrease the risk of developing cancerous tissue.

Kale has been found to reduce LDL cholesterol levels. It does this by removing it from the digestive system and preventing it from being reabsorbed into your bloodstream.

IT CAN REDUCE AND KEEP INFLAMMATION AWAY

IT HELPS WITH WEIGHT LOSS
